The Orchestrated App can be used to sell any musical instrument, not just orchestral instruments.

The Orchestrated App has another function, where employers can post job ads and musicians can search for jobs worldwide. Orchestral musicians can also post job swap opportunities.

Yes, you can list multiple instruments for sale on Orchestrated App, each with its own listing fee.

The Orchestrated App serves as a platform for connecting buyers and sellers, but all sales and transactions occur outside of the app. It’s the responsibility of the buyer and seller to coordinate appointments and the payment process. If a buyer opts to purchase an instrument without viewing it or meeting the seller in person, they do so at their own risk.

No, the Orchestrated App does not take a commission fee from the sale of your instrument. The only fee is the one-time listing fee.

Your instrument listing remains active until it is sold. There are no expiration dates for listings. However, sellers must login to their account at least every 30 days to keep their ad(s) live. An automatic email reminder is sent to sellers with active listings to remind them to login. This ensures that all ads are current and up to date.

When listing your musical instrument, be sure to include details such as the maker, brand, year of make, size (if applicable), condition, price, and clear photos.

When creating your ad, you’ll have the opportunity to craft a compelling title that captures the essence of your instrument. These words will serve as searchable keywords, enabling potential buyers to discover your listing with ease.

Additionally, you’ll have the freedom to provide a detailed description, offering prospective buyers a comprehensive understanding of your instrument’s history, usage, and unique attributes. From its origins and previous owners to its sound quality and maintenance history, including as much information as possible will help attract serious buyers who appreciate the value of your instrument.

Buyers will message you directly through the app to inquire about your instrument or to arrange a viewing.

The Orchestrated App can be used to sell any musical instruments and accessories.

If an instrument or item name is not currently listed, it can be added by the user.

Shipping arrangements are determined by mutual agreement between the buyer and seller. It’s essential to discuss shipping options and associated costs thoroughly before finalising the transaction.

The Orchestrated App assumes no responsibility for transactions between buyers and sellers. It’s important for both parties to exercise caution and conduct due diligence throughout the transaction process.

There are certain details of your ad that cannot be edited once it’s live. The reason for this, is it doesn’t allow users to sell multiple instruments from the one listing.

The following attributes cannot be edited once live:

  • Location of instrument
  • Instrument family and instrument
  • Condition of instrument
  • Title of instrument ad

The following attributes can be edited once live:

  • Instrument price
  • Instrument photos
  • Description text of instrument
